About

I was born and raised in San Diego County, CA.  In the mid 1970s I moved to Northern California and am currently residing in Sacramento, CA.

I went to Sacramento City College where I studied art and received my AA. After that my education continued at California State University Sacramento receiving a Bachelors Degree in Art. Several years later I returned to California State University Sacramento where I received my teaching credential in Art. I went back to California State University Sacramento once again, where I earned a Masters Degree in Education and Curriculum Design and where I received a second teaching credential in Computers.

During my years of teaching I also worked on my own artwork. I enjoy all types of media but prefer watercolors,  pastels, acylic and colored pencils

I have since retired and am now spending more of my time painting in my studio in Sacramento, CA.
